1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for a deposit for future bookings.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and various digital payment methods.
4. Health and Safety
For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health.
5. Results and Satisfaction
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of your appointment.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards have no expiration date.
7. Liability
Glow Lab Beauty Salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions or results from services performed in accordance with industry standards. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information prior to receiving services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
